Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer any refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the state you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. This means that perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not allowed to return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable Software
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after its delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first double check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted officially.

Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Items sold or on sale (if applicable)

Only standard price items are refundable. Unfortunately, items on sale or on sale are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same article, email us at contact@sanslesplumes.fr and send your article to: TECHNOLOGISTIQUE - 6 rue Maryse Bastié, AULNAT, 63510, France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift was sent the order for the purpose of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

Shipping - Returns

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: TECHNOLOGISTIQUE - 6 rue Maryse Bastié, AULNAT, Puy de Dôme, 63510, France.

Shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your expense. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than €75, we recommend you use a shipping tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
